The main house, with 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, features high ceilings, cool limestone floors and elegant imported tile work from Istanbul. The vast living room and adjoining family room open onto a covered patio featuring expansive canal and garden views. From the patio one can relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets while listening to outdoor music under cooling fans.

The formal dining room has seating for 10 around a classic oval mahogany table. A powder room is located between the living room and the kitchen.

The modern island kitchen features stainless steel appliances, oversized French door refrigerator, two 30 inch wall ovens of which one is a microwave, and a wine fridge. The kitchen includes an adjoining breakfast room and opens onto a lovely outdoor dining area with pergola, decorative lighting and a gas Weber grill.

The master suite with garden and canal views features a king bed (Charles Rogers mattress), a large separate dressing room with ample drawer and closet space and luxurious en-suite bath room with a free standing tub. The third bedroom has twin beds that can convert to a king bed by prior arrangement, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. Bedrooms have flat screen TVs, new mattresses, Pratesi bedcovers. Bathrooms are luxuriously finished with marble and Turkish tile.

The main house hosts a state of the art audio visual system with two additional flat screen TVs in the kitchen and living room (55inch), WIFI, net radio, and built-in Bose speakers throughout. It is equipped with a whole-house water softener and reverse osmosis filtration system.

Your guests will delight in the bright, stylish, luxurious cottage with canal and pool views. It is set 25 yards from the main house, close to the pool, and contains a 4th bedroom with twin beds that can convert to a king bed by prior arrangement, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and cedar closet. It features a full kitchen with 30″ sub-zero fridge, ice maker, filtered water, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. It is equipped with WIFI, flat-screen TV, state of the art audio visual system and indoor-outdoor speakers. The large shaded terrace is furnished with sofas.

Sea Lignum is equipped with a brand new automatic generator. The pool can be heated, at additional cost. A complimentary vonage phone to call the United States and abroad is offered. Also provided is a Club Car golf cart with sound system, complimentary bars, and full time housekeeping services.
