British born Kim has been around luxury for the past 15 years, first as an international model with brands like D&G, Versace & Gucci before turning her hand to marketing and selling luxury homes in the UK, US & Canada in the early 2000’s.

Happily married to Jerry Booth, a pioneer in the internet marketing world and ex director of Google UK, both Kim & Jerry love walking their German shepherd dogs, playing golf and volunteering on numerous charities.

Kim is highly regarded for her outstanding work ethics and services and is strongly recognized for her success in marketing and selling luxury real estate, her clients have been a who’s who of stage, screen and sports.
